2025 Photography Highlights: Memories, Milestones, and My Personally Favorite Photos Captured in San Diego and Beyond

2025 was a whirlwind of milestones and memories — not just for me, but for so many incredible people I had the honor of photographing. From life-changing proposals to golden hour adventures, it was a nonstop celebration of love, laughter, and everything in between. Let’s take a look back…

Moments That Made Me Ugly Cry

  • Photographing my cousin Nolan’s proposal in Breckenridge, CO.

  • Capturing my college roommate’s elopement at the San Diego courthouse.

  • Andria and Lake traveled to San Diego right after their wedding for a “trash the dress” bridal session. This was my third session with them. First was a couples session at Sunset Cliffs, then their proposal in 2024, and now they are married!

  • Traveling to Washington and Spain for my friends’ weddings.

  • Photographing @everywherewitheryn in a local supermarket and having one of those images appear on the cover of a magazine.

  • Gabriel Conover, the owner of Gud Times Studio, hosted a content day at Milagro Winery and it was a DREAM. I took some of my best photographs that day and made friends with other local creatives.

  • Capturing Iva and Harrison’s intimate wedding at Descanso Gardens and then their maternity session in Torrey Pines later in the year.

  • Photographing Autumn and Conor’s beautiful wedding at the Martin Johnson House and working alongside my friend and wedding planner, Linnie of A Hundred Hearts!

Looking Ahead to 2026

This year, I want to work one more personal photography projects, book more shoots outside of Southern California, but more than anything, I can’t wait to keep capturing life’s most beautiful moments with all of you — whether it’s your first session with me or your fifth. Here’s to a year of new adventures, achievements, and storytelling.

Pro tip: If you’re thinking about booking in 2026, now’s the time! January sessions are already filling up — grab your spot here.

I’m beyond grateful for every laugh, every tear, every dance floor moment, and every ounce of trust you’ve given me this year.

2025 is already shaping up to be an amazing year. I’m so excited to see familiar faces and meet new ones. Whether it’s your first photoshoot or your fifth, a celebration of love, or just a moment you want to freeze forever, I’m here for it!
